You can become a member by choosing one of the pricing plans on our MEMBERSHIP page. One time rentals are also possible by simply checking out on our website and paying it right there. We offer four subscriptions: START SOMETHING NEW: Test out renting for 10€ per month and choose up to 5 second-hand fashion items CONSCIOUS SHOPPER: Explore sustainable and upcycled masterpieces of our collaborating brands - 2 per month. And together with the 5 second-hand items, you can create great styles for only 20€ per month. FAIR FASHION VIP: If you want total flexibility, choose this subscription. For 50€ you get up to 10 second-hand items, 3 sustainable or upcycled brand items and the possibility to change your items unlimited within the month (always up to these 13 items). We are currently offering items to rent for one month. If you want to wear your item longer, that is usually no problem; just let us know a week before your renting period ends. Just keep in mind that the prices given for items are always calculated for a month. If you are a member, you can of course keep your items longer too, we will count the item as one of your choices for the next month in this case. PRO-TIP: Just buy off your favorite items for a reduced price and choose new items to rent fitting to your membership 🥳

Online we offer all payments of Wix. For subscriptions we are using reoccurring bank transfers that we set up once in the beginning. All subscriptions can be canceled at any time and are ending after the pick-up after your last items you still have at home. And if you pay during an event or don't order over our web-shop, we are offering Tikkie, PayPal and normal bank transfers. The price then will be payed during delivery and if a renting period is increased, we will send you an invoice after one month again.

First of all: Don't worry! 🍷 That means you wore your item which is exactly what we want. If minor defaults happen or something breaks, just contact us and we take a look. We will give our best to repair the item in-house. If we do have extra costs for e.g. a special dry cleaning procedure, we might need to invoice a percentage of that to you. Alternatively, you can also use our insurance option. For our "START SOMETHING NEW" subscription, we then add 2€ per month on your subscription and you do not have to pay any repair costs up to 30€. For our "CONSCIOUS SHOPPER" and "FAIR FASHION VIP" it is 3€ for up to 50€ repair costs. Feel free to contact us via mail restyle.groningen@gmail.com for more information on this offer. Of course you can! If you found an item you feel yourself in, we are happy to see this match 😍 Just contact us over restyle.groningen@gmail.com at the end of your renting period and let us know that you want to buy the item off. We will then inform you over the buying price which is a reduced price taking the amount of rents and of course your renting price into account. After informing you about the price, you can still decide whether you want to buy the item off or not - no strings attached. PRO-TIP: Prolong the renting period for another month first and check if the item can be combined with a lot of outfits of yours. If you still like it a lot after a month or two, it's a match made in heaven 🥳

Yes you can! And we love to receive donations out of our own community. Items you don't want to wear anymore, but are still of good quality, are always welcome at ReStyle. As a thank you, you will receive a voucher for your next rent. We go through the donations and pick the best outfits. That is how we create our collections. Clothes that aren't rented out are forwarded by us as donations to non-profit organizations or used for repairing and upcycling so that every resource can be used as good as possible. To ensure a good quality of products, we are always looking for rather high-end brands, locally or sustainably produced items or "eye-catching" pieces.
